NEAP, in partnership with FIT-Ed, is conducting a research evaluation of the LOM to assess its ‘effectiveness from perspectives of program delivery and learning outcomes. This research is designed to combine quantitative (survey) and qualitative (case study) methods. The survey sets school heads and teachers as primary target respondents while the case study will expand this list to include coaches and program implementers. 2, The case study approach will be used to collect, document, and analyze the experiences of the participants who were involved in the design, management and implementation of LDM. This research approach will provide the breadth and depth of experiences and learnings from the programs that will inform subsequent professional development programs provided by NEAP and its partners. This method will focus on 2(two) regions, 6 (six) divisions, and 18 schools, 3. The survey on the other hand will target 2,000 school heads as respondents across the different regions and 18 schools divisions. To facilitate random sampling, a consolidated list of school heads who completed the LDM 1 in the identified 18 SD0s is needed, 4. In relation to this, LOM focal persons from the selected SDOs are instructed to submit the list of LDM1 (schoo! heads) participants who have completed the pre-implementation modules and submitted the corresponding requirements.
