Statement of the Problem / Objectives of the Study

This study aims to assess the level of personal and professional attributes among teachers
in relation to their job performance. The specific objectives are the following:

1. Identify the profile of the teachers as to their sex, age, years in service, civil status,
and rank;
2. Identify the teachers’ level of personal attributes in terms of communication, fairness,
and honesty;
3. Identify the teachers’ level of professional attributes in terms of integrity,
responsibility, and accountability;
4. Identify the teachers’ level of job performance;
5. Explore the difference in the level of teachers’ job performance when they are
grouped by their profile;
6. Explore the relationship between the teachers’ personal attributes and their job
performance; and
7. Explore the relationship between the teachers’ professional attributes ad their job
performance.
