Step by step Create VPN connection.

I tried your guideline few times and success.

I update here some information.

1.Establish VPN to 125.235.31.2

2.FTP to 10.56.128.19

Step 1. Open Network and sharing center

Step 2: Setup a new connection or network

Step 3: Connect to a workplace

Step 4: Use my internet connection (VPN)

Step 5: Internet Address: 125.235.31.2

Step 6:
Click : Connect

Click : Skip

Step 7: Open Network and sharing center => VPN Connection => Properties
Step 8: Security
Step 6: Click OK
Note: If you connection failed. You recheck step 7
