A- I’m sorry. Mr Scoot is out of town at the moment.

B- I see. This is Rocio Ortiz from London exports. Can I take a message?

A- Of course, Mrs Ortiz.

B- Yes, please tell him that there’s a problem with the boots we received. First of all the price of
the boots is wrong, also the contract states that we’re ordering a pair of casual green jeans.But
we don’t want green jeans, we want blue jeans.

A- Good , Mrs. Ortiz. I’ve noted the problems, the price of the boots is wrong and you want
blue jeans, not green ones. We’ll contact Mr Scott and someone will get back as soon as
possible.

B- We’ve had a problem with our e-mail. Can you please resend the e-mail that you have sent
us in the last 12 hours?

A- Okey, There’s a not problem.

B- Thank you and please remind Mr Scoott that we’ve got a meeting on Tuesday the 18th. He’ll
be back by then, right?

A- Yes, he’ll be back in the office on Thursday the 12th.

B- Thank you very much, bye.
