SELF-EVALUATION

 Rule of life: As a temporary professed brother, I always keep in my mind this identity.
Thus when I encounter the people in ministries, I interact with them in a proper manner.
Especially to the altar servers, I tried to care for them as an elder brother to them, but at the same
time also their pastor. Toward their parents, I am always aware that I am a presentative of the
congregation to them; therefore, in a high respectful way and the spirit of cooperation I deal with
them. Toward our residents, I treat them as my loved ones; however, I never do that without a
willing of educating them. Toward my community, I try to be a little one that I am available for
any need of the community or individual conferrer. All these I do because of the religious
identity that I wish to obtain, a humble and little brother. Deal with the community’s activity and
program, I try my best to manage my personal program to follow the community though
sometime it cause me stressful. But the community program is always on my priority.
 Living the Evangelical Counsels: The three vows are the path for me to live worthy to
God. They remind me how special I am and they are the ambitions for me to try to better myself.
However, there are still not enough of the satisfaction in me that I want obtain more in living in
these three vows. In every action or event, my conscience play an important role as I do
examination of conscience at the end of the day. The three vows are also the bond that bind
myself to the community. It actualize my blooded family here in this community that how I live
and care for my family; I do the same to this family too.
 The human dimension: As this year I focus more on human formation, I took one
course of Psychology in consecrated life and had a psychological test, then on the second
semester of the school year, I took some philosophical subjects that very helpful to know and
understand myself. Thus in this year I improve on philosophical reflection, especially on
understanding the meaning and purpose of life. I try to philosophize matter in order to do
something with a purpose and a meaning. But sometime I do thing in the vow of obedience. Due
to my study, I don’t take advantage of being busy with study to escape from other duty or
program. I try to manage and balance in the way that I put thing need to be done in order of
priority.
  Prayer: In the community prayer, I participate actively in all activities. Since this year I
am a member of the liturgical group and handling the Guanellian Altar Servers Ministry, I have
more opportunities to learn and serve in liturgy. This help me to have more feeling and
appreciate liturgy. In personal prayer, sometime due to having many tasks or assignment that I
have to finish on time, I shorten the time I spend after night prayer; however, as a commitment, I
never fail to be present for my personal prayer time. Besides that, I prefer to do some kind of
sacrifice in doing something, which is not my assignment or something catch my eyes, I do so as
offerings to God.
 Fraternal life: In the community, I try to be a little one that I am available for everyone’s
needs. I prefer to have a cooperation in doing task than alone though I can. My intention always
is to share task. This is also one of the way to reduce stress for myself and also to have more idea
in order to better the fruit. Though I have a distance with one of my brothers, with all my respect
and acceptance to him I still keep myself available and in touch with him. In general, live true to
myself that I am joyful and friendly person, and I share this spirit to the community.
 Work: The spirit prayer and suffering inspired me a lot that, I work as prayer and for the
passion toward the community and other. Though there are many works, mentally and
physically, that need to do even sometime, they add stress to me, I try my best to manage and
fulfill it.
 Personal project of life: As one year is going to end, I have obtained most of my aims in
the personal project of life that I made in the beginning of the year.
