Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is one of the most widely used plastics in the world. This industrial plastic is often used to make chemical

storage tanks, oil tanks, and photographic developing instruments. If you would like to build a greenhouse or winterize your

windows, look no further than our PVC sheet selection. We offer PVC plastic sheet in a wide variety of sizes, colors, and thicknesses.

Give your PVC project the nished look you desire by requesting holes, radius corners, and routed or rounded edges. The practical

applications of PVC are endless.

PVC sheet features high-impact strength and resistance to most industrial chemicals. This versatile plastic offers excellent thermal

90º BENDING PROCESS IN PVC LAMINATES

Designer PVC Laminate Sheets can be cut, routed and drilled with standard
wood Working tool or equipments (CROSSBOND recommends use only
Diamond Cutter Blades).

BENDING

Designer PVC Laminate Sheets can be cut, routed and drilled with standard wood working
tool or equipments (CROSSBOND recommends use only Diamond Cutter Blades) must be
sharp to remove any burns that may occur in the cutting process. We recommend the
use of a smooth file to feather all corner edges.

For bending the PVC Laminates Sheets make use of 8 mm V – Groove Blade. The groove
should be depth 0.8mm & width 5mm or more. The routed sheet will easily band up to 90°

INSTALLATION
Adhesive
Our laminates can be easily pasted using standard laminating systems.
They are compatible with most water based and solvent based conventional adhesives.
We DO NOT recommend heat activated adhesives.

Lamination
Appropriate substrate must be used and bonding procedures must be thoroughly observed.
Substrate should be of superior quality plywood, high density particle board or fiber board.
The face of the substrates must be smooth and free of grease, wax, dust and chips.
We DO NOT recommend application of PU base, melamine and lamination wax.

Cutting and Machining

Our laminates can be cut, routed and drilled with most standard wood working tools.
We recommend the use of a smooth file to feather all corner edges or remove any burns.

Bending and Forming

Our laminates can be bent easily upto 90O.
All radius bending should be handled in the same manner as non-postforming decorative laminates.
We recommend to use V-Groove cutter to bend the sheets at 90°

Storage and Maintenance

We recommend that our laminates and substrates are stored at room temperatures.
We DO NOT recommend the use of cleaning agent containing acids, alkalis or abrasives.
