1. PRINCIPLE OF REVERSIBILIT
refers to the development of muscles which will take place if movement and execution is done regularly or it will
be reversed. If an individual stops exercising, the body returns to its initial level of fitness. All beneficial effects of
exercise are reversible if exercise ceases
2. PRINCIPLE OF RECOVERY
is the amount of rest allowed for the body to recover from fatigue before the next activity begins
