knows how to compute as a result of sales with his team in recent years, even
though Tadeusz is a practical person and trustworthy, is not a creative person, is
not a person who has presence in a room, since he moves and speaks slowly, very
calm and relaxed, in addition to everything. In a sales job you need staff that
motivates your employees, in addition that Barbara is a graduate in Marketing, has
more field of experience than Tadeusz who is an engineer. No doubt Barbara is the
best option for this position.
