Global Crisis:
During the recent pandemic situation, the telecom operators have become more relevant as
compared to the past years since they are connecting families, friends as well as communities while
keeping the businesses running and the educational and academic institutions logged on.
In this unprecedented time, the communication service providers (abbreviated as CSPs) have shown
a willingness to act in turn giving us an insight into the reality of the new market. CSPs are putting
