Client approached the undersigned asking Medical Assistance for his husband who was confined due to Coronary

Artery Disease as per diagnosed by the physician. Client admitted that they don’ t have enough resources to support
all the needed medical expenses considering that their source of income is through the small pension which is just
for their daily needs of the family hence, social intervention is really needed.
