Cognizant of the need to establish an adaptable and workable system for monitoring and supervision under the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP), this Office hereby requires all concerned to utlize the Contextualzed Monitoring and Supervision (M&S) Too's for EPS, PSDS and School Heads. 2, The M&S Tools were based on the key result areas of each position and aligned with the Implementation of BE-LCP across governance levels to ensure achievement ofthe desired outcomes. 3.
