NORMS FOR QIP / PG / RESEARCH QUARTERS ALLOTMENT

1. QIP Quarters shall be given priority wise only. If QIP quarters available, the same shall be
given from 1st year onwards.
2. Quarters shall be allotted for full Time scholars from 2nd year onwards.
3. The above quarters shall be allotted to married people. If found that the allottee is not
staying with family, the allotment shall be cancelled.
4. The quarters shall be allotted on medical ground, based on recommendation of medical
officer.
5. In general, the quarters shall be given initially for a year.
