In pursuance of the Contract 50/14.04.2003, attached you will find

the following: HEALTH ASSESSMENT FOR APPLICABILITY OF A
ZINC ANTICORROSIVE COVERING – ZINGA –
MANUFACTURED BY ZINGAMETAL – BVBA BELGIUM

The testing established that the product is in accordance with the criteria,
described in BS 6920: Part 1: 1990 Specification and is in accordance with the
requirements of the testing scheme for influence on the water’s quality of Water
Byelaws.
According with the product’s assessment Zinga made by the State Sanitary
Epidemic Service of the Russian Federation, using of the anticorrosive covering
was allowed when is in contact with the drinking water and contact water’s
temperature at the most +30°C under the condition that it was applied with the
thinner Zingasolv only. Likewise the covering Zinga is permitted in the food
processing industry’s equipment but without contact with the foodstuffs.

The Declaration of Conformity certifies that the product is in accordance

with the following standards: BS 5493, BS 6920, DIN 53 151, DIN 1706 – ISO
752, Technical Specifications on the market in EKE, Belgium and the Chemical
Specifications of BBA (British Board of Agreement), Certificate № 94/3042 and
the Written Statements to the BBA and the Technical Specification of design and
completion. The mentioned above declaration is in accordance with the
Ordinance on the basic requirements and evaluation of building products as well.

C o n c l u s i o n: On the basis of the submitted and detailed documentation,

the testing results made for the anticorrosive covering Zinga – manufactured by
Zingametall BVBA – Belgium and the permissions, received by the Ministry of
Environment and Water of Bulgaria and approving that all conditions for safety
are applied and strictly kept, the product can be put into building metal
constructions, road installations and railway transport, means of transport,
machines, harbor works, grain elevators, cisterns, reservoirs, including in the
food processing industry’s equipment (without contact with the foodstuffs) and
installations which are with an immediate contact with the drinking water. If the
product is applied in the right way in the mentioned above sites there is no a
healthy rick dangerous for the peoples and environmental damage.
