Environmental Policy

Respect for the environment, the protection of biodiversity, the use of renewable energy and
contributing to sustainable development are essential principles in all of the organisation’s
activity, in order to provide its services as an operator of Telecommunications Infrastructure
for Operators, Broadcasters, Public Administrative Bodies and Corporations.

Compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory standards (international, European,
national, regional and local), as well as a willingness to adapt to future standards, clients'
demands and social requirements, is a commitment and responsibility shared by all.

A commitment to preventing pollution and reducing the environmental impact of our activities
and facilities, respecting the environment and conserving biodiversity through the efficient use
of resources and the promotion of preventative action are responsibilities shared by all of
Cellnex Telecom's staff.

Our staff are equipped with the necessary material means and continuous training and
information to act in accordance with this Policy, while constantly adapting to new technology,
as well as the development processes required to identify individual needs.

Suppliers and subcontractors to Cellnex Telecom are also part of this Policy, with the mutual
aim of creating a work setting which encourages respect for the environment.

The Management undertakes to periodically review the Environmental Policy, adapting it to

respond to any new organisational, environmental and market requirements which may arise,
as well as informing the organisation and the general public about the policy and making it
available to stakeholders at all times.

The policies are implemented and developed within the framework of an integrated
Management System, which the Management undertakes to establish in accordance with the
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, OHSAS 18001 and UNE 166002 standards and focusing on
Models of Excellence. All of this based on staff management, process management and
continuous improvement, thus guaranteeing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Policy.
