JOINT-AFFIDAVIT

We, SPOUSES EUSEBIO BUCHAN AND VICTORINA F. BUCHAN,

both of legal age, Filipino and residents Bonifacio Street, Tagum City, Davao
del Norte, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and say:

1. That we are the same persons whose personal circumstances are

stated above;

2. That we hereby state that we have bound to reconvey Lot No.

1329-H covered by T.C.T. No. T-49816 in favor of Amelia Torres the
said parcel of land and execute the necessary document for the
purpose should we fail to pay back to Amelia Torres the amount we
borrowed from her which is P700,000.00 within a period of two (2)
years;

3. That we execute this joint-affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and to inform the proper authority of the same and
for whatever legal purpose/s this may serve best.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 7 th day of
