Rationale

DCNHS is a Technical Vocational Learning Institution that strives to meet the educational
demands of its growing population by recognizing the ways in which teaching & learning
with technology can enhance the educational experience and satisfaction of the students,
by offering modular distance learning and online instructions with the use of various
media platforms, is one way that we are able to expand our access to the quality
education here at DCNHS. However problems like unavailability of internet and devices
must be given considerations.
Continuity planning is essential to the school’s operational effectiveness and ability to
fulfill our mission in teaching and learning. The recent experience with the Covid-19
pandemic has underscored the importance of ensuring that the school is prepared as an
academic community to resume operations under or at any range of circumstances that
may cause disruption.
