1 the precast panels to be provided on all the casted panels for traceablicty of curing
presently cubes for testing are casted on
alternate days of concrete, but concrete is 2 happening on all the days and cubes to be casted on daily basis
In cube register description of the works
are not mentioned and traceablity of the 3 cubes are missing (for eg in description of work daily cated panels with unique numbering to be entered )
for last one month cubes are not tested
due to covid near by collages are closed 4 alternate solution to be idntified for testing of cubes on daily basis
Pour card to be implemented at site for
5 prepour inspection and post pour inspection for precast panels Erection checklist to be prepared and implemted for erection of panels buildings 6 wise with all the details like erection date, panels nos, jointing date, finishing etc
Screed concrete can be completed before
7 doing water pond test for the buildings
In cutouts openings PVC pipes are
provided, provide the cut out opening pvc pipes applied with oil and can be removed 8 after intial setting time, presently they are damaging the pipe before installing the panels and it is very hard to remove.
In house no 669 below the foundation
found with voids and gap to be reffilled 9 immediatle to avoid settlement of founation
Water drip/water cut to be provided in the
10 roof slab projecting outside of bathroom side
In house no 627 bottom side of the canopy
11 are found with cracks to be rectified, Masking tape, baker rods to be removed House no 627 entrance of bathroom floor slab has been projected to be rectified by 12 chipping it off or by constructing additional step
One anchor bolt was missing in foot step
launder slab MS angle and all the MS plates 13 in all buildings to be made rust free by painting with redoxide and paint
Insert plate to be fixed in the thread of the
stair case hence hand rails can be welded 14 and stability of the hand rail will straong enough, presently only one rod is being welded for support.
From house no 624 to 627, launder slab of
15 foot step to be plaster, found with minor honey combs and exposed reinforcements
Where ever joint free tiles are fixed
workmanship to be improved cutting of 16 tiles, jointing of tiles, line of tile and pasting to be checked properly in further buildings
Floor tiles grid are mismatched with the
17 wall tile grid, further care to be taken in other houses Plumbing opening not provided in House 18 no 626 bathroom in tile work
Kitchen roof slab found with crack, crack to
19 be opened and treated with filler material
House no 625 two bottom tiles got
20 damaged to be replaced
Parapet wall no PP4 to be extended and 5
to be reduced In size for making 90degree 21 joint, presently they are breaking PP5 for fixing the the parapet walls
In precast wall panels one outer side is
fixed with ply board which has got 22 damaged enteirly to be replaced with MS shutters for smooth finish
Shuttering oil is applied more in the precast
23 moulds, which has mixed up with the reinforcement rods further care to be taken to avoid Bottom of the slab erected with cleaning in 24 House no 639
At the skirting placce plastering can be
25 avoided and in precast itsef roufgh surface can be made for good adhesion
Special attention is required in casting of
