‘Narrative Report LAC Session (COT for Teachers) ‘The LAC session was conducted last February 24, 2021. It was started 8:00 am by an ‘Opening Prayer led by SirLarry Boy Sabangan , TIII, and Mrs. Merlyn Ismael, MTII gavea short orientation about the LAC session as the LAC Leader of the group. The LAC Session entitled COT for Teachers was participated by the different SHS ‘Teachers and their corresponding topics, namely Mrs, Maria Fe Ricamonte, TIII started the demonstration teaching and she discussed Persuasive Speech. The demonstration teaching highlighted the qualities, types and patterns of persuasive speech thru an activity, “Jeopardy” Sir Larry Boy Sabangan, THI discussed about the lesson “Gamit ng Wika Lipunan”, the discussion was enriched thru a “Picture Analysis”; ‘Dr. Mikko Jan Lopez, THI showed a thorough discussion about the “Nature of Inquiry and Research” by presenting organizational chart and vido analysis; ‘Mrs, April Joy Tala, TI, demonstrated and taught the students the “Interpreting of geologic Maps”. The discussion was enriched by teaching the students on how to interpret geologic maps of Panay Istand and the Province of Aklan; Mrs. Amelia K. Malilay, THT, gave an in-depth discussion about“ «demonstration teaching was deepened thru an online game and board work; Mr. Jhon Paul Briones, $ST-1 taught the students on how to “Create Online Survey/ Feedback Forms”. He discussed the steps by step process by giving a one-on-one activity using the Google Forms; : Mrs, Tina Navarra,TI .gave a discussion about “Bank Accounts”. The ‘said LAC session aims to train the SHS teachers on using “Basie Skills of ADOBE PHOTOSHOP”, The group believes that learning the basic skills in using ADOBE Photoshop can be helpful in preparing their lessons, visuals, handouts and the rest. This may also help them in preparing for school activities, and events. Hence, the group conducted the workshop, which was attended by the eight members of the SHS group. During the training, the teachers followed the health protocols. The teachers ‘were assigned to be seated far from one another and used individual computers, The speaker for the said activity was Mr. John Paul % Briones, SHS IT teacher. With his expertise on the said topic, the teachers learned and familiarized with the purpose and functions of ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, basic icons to use, hands-on editing, and created their ‘own output.
