The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Isabela aims to determine whether it is already high time
to place the Province under a State of Calamity, in order to pass legislations that will address
the effects of continuous heavy rainfall brought by the typhoons that affected the Province.

In this regard, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan is seeking your attendance to a Committee

Hearing on December __, 2019 at Faustino N. Dy Hall, Provincial Capitol Building, Alibagu,
Ilagan City, Isabela at around 9:30 in the morning relative to the continuous heavy rainfall
to obviate and safeguard the Province’s populace, local farmers, and the local industry
against the adverse effects of the unfavorable weather condition.
