(IPEMPC) as you hold your 9th Annual General Assembly Meeting.

Cooperatives plays an important role in promoting social participation and development in

our Province, Isabela; its significant contribution in the objectives of creating rapid, inclusive
and sustained economic growth serves as inputs in the promotion of goods and services to
the less privileged members of our society.
