Project Identification Aspects:

The project is about the legal rights and equalize for the rights of transgender of Pakistan
and to help them to get equal rights economically, politically and socially and to motivate
them to get education so that they stops doing all the illegal things they are doing in our
society.   Following are some the identified problems faced by transgender people.
 Harassment and stigma
 Lack of legal protection
 Poverty
 Barriers to healthcare

For the problems we must be having solutions which are as following:


For harassment and stigma we have the solution of punishment government should take a
serious role for this and in GGR organization we will make sure that the transgender people are
safe with this problem.

GGR Organization will make sure that the legal rights for the transgender are secure from the
government and public.

Poverty is the key factor for what the transgender are having great issues and problems for not
having good finance, GGR organization will help them to get education and then they will be able
to do good work for them and earn their livelihood in which in future reduces the poverty level of
transgender.

In hospitals and clinic the transgender are rejected for treatments and future consultants GGR
organization will have medical training sessions for transgender people to teach them the basic
treatments and make sure that these most highlighted peoples of the society can reduce the
barriers to healthcare.

The Risk identification of our project is no doubt will be the funding’s and donations but GGR
organization will get donations and funding through the advertisement showing on their website
and social pages and later on will maintain their permanent donors and temporary donors for the
different kinds of activities or trainings for transgender peoples .
Salient features of Project:

In Pakistan there is no such organization that works for the rights of transgender. GGR is
pioneering organization in Pakistan that will work for the rights and welfare of transgender
community.

It’s totally non-profitable and will run by the donation and funding’s. This organization will act as
the family and team of transgender.

Our Grey Gender Rights Organization warmly welcomes funders and donors to support our
project initiative. At very starting our project will be supported by the organizational team. We
will be doing tremendous work with the resources and we will be continuing to transform the
lives of the most highlighted humans to create a hopeful future for Pakistan and all around the
world by empowering them .

Our mainly focus will be on developing the legal recognition of Transgender people in Pakistan ,
our focus will also be upon the jobs and education for transgender that will turn the education
and will explore media , arts and literature for transgender .

The foundation's main objective will include the following :

 To promote social , political , and economical equality and to increase the legal rights of
transgender .
 To work for establishing social, educational , economical and environmental Justice for
transgender .
 To prohibit the discrimination based on gender identity and ensure that entire groups of
transgender protected socially and legally in Pakistan .

Technical Feasibility:

Technical feasibility of Grey Gender Rights.

Technically we are going to implement our project in two aspects 1st online and live training and
2nd sessions in press clubs or any concern location using limited funds.

We have un-discussed topic and it work for the rights & Sustainable development life of Citizens
of state so we will get ease access to our legal Registration to Live sessions and trainings-The
support from 3rd gender, public, Government sector & private sector will leads to convert project
to real world working environment which ultimately lead the project toward Success.

We will hire house on rent in Hyderabad to build Head office and initially it will cover all targeted
area of Sindh, all sessions and training will held on our head office center and Press Club so it’s also
technically cost effective and easy to manage within city. Online development is soul of our project
through which we will create Facebook, Twitter & YouTube Accounts & website so it’s easy to get
access to concern group, all announcements online & live sessions will be posted on these
platforms and also feedback will be there for further Improvement, Website development is our
another target to improve further feasibility of project, online announcement on website,
emailing/texting process and registration of workshops, training sessions, Membership of
Transgender , sponsors & advertisement on website it will make huge impact on national and
international level so it will produce more funds and interest of public.
Financial feasibility
Our organization is like a welfare association so our all expansive based on funding, nowadays its not hard
to get funds for an NGOs or any other Welfare organization which works for sustainable development but
sometimes its hard to maintain funds so we have alternate to continue our mission, we will go online as
everyone is on Social media in this digital age. Facebook & twitter accounts will impact on national &
international organization so ultimately it increases our limited funds. Advertisement is a main factor which
maintain online cost of social media and websites so its not burden to organizations-finically its feasible. All
expansive of project based on low cost and on alternatives
