Dear Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully I would like to pray before you for the following few lines for
favour of recommendation of my post for provincilization to the Director Secondary Education
Assam.
That Sir, I have been working as an Asstt. Teacher of craft in the above mentioned School
with affect from year 2005 to 2021 till date. In the year of 2013, post of teaching and non teaching
were provincialised in Assam. But sorry to inform you that my post was not provincialised in the year
2013 and kept as dropped out post, why my post was dropped out it is not known to me.
Sir, it is to inform you that this year dated 05/02/2021 the Schools and dropped/Additional
post are Provincialised, but again my post of craft teacher is left out/dropped out from
provincialization though I have completed all necessary documents, particulars and norms as asked
by our department time to time while necessary.
Therefore, kindly look into my case sympathetically and consider for provincialization of my
post as a craft teacher for which I shall be ever great full to you, sir.
