To create your FSA ID, go to fsaid.ed.gov. The FSA ID will be used to login each time the student
accesses the FAFSA. The FSA ID will also serve as an electronic signature to sign the FAFSA.

❏ Family’s household size and number of kids in college
❏ List of colleges that will need your financial information (both accepted and still waiting on)
❏ Financial holdings: savings and checking account balances, investments, money earned

PARENTS – Do you have your . . . . .????

❏ Basic info: Date of birth and address
❏ Social security number (or alien registration number if applicable)
❏ Driver’s license number, if applicable
❏ Living situation: marital status, state of residence, household size
❏ Financial holdings: savings and checking account balances, investments (including real estate, but not
your primary residence), business or farm assets
❏ Parent Tax Returns and W2s from 2 years prior to child attending college (College in 2022=2020 taxes)
❏ Record of untaxed income: child support, interest income, veteran benefits

After you have gathered this information go to fafsa.gov

to complete your FAFSA!!!

data from the IRS.
