No-Bake

Energy Bites
Perfect for 10-minutes before KO or at
half time!

Ingredients

100g porridge oats


75g peanut butter
90g honey
50g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, linseed)
45g dark chocolate chips

Directions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until it becomes a well combined


and sticky mixture. If the ingredients are not combining well add a
bit more honey. Roll into balls of about 1 inch in diameter.

Tips/ Optional

Alternatively press mixture into a baking tray and make energy bars
instead.
Store recovery bites in an airtight container for up to a week.
Add cranberries/ raisins or other fruits you like!
