2. Describe the working mechanism of Electro Chemical Machining Process with a sketch.
3. In chemical machining, what are the factors by which the selection of etchants is governed
4. Explain various types of tool designs in ECM.

1. List the Process parameters of EDM and explain their significance in machining.
