Hello my viewer especially Madam Norazrin Zamri and my fellow classmate.

My
name is Muhammad Samhan Bin Sulaiman and I’m from AP225 1A. There is a clue about
my topic that I will presented in this video. Every student must facing the phase that we are
still junior in every education institution. The clue is, what had happened in mostly when we
were junior students before?

A zero-tolerance policy on bullying has been adopted by many schools or any other
education institution: One strike and you’re out. How is exclusion equitable? And if they need
help from the bully too? Based on (National Centre for Educational Statistics, 2019) is
recorded one out of every five students report being bullied. Also, A higher percentage of
males recorded being physically harassed than female students whereas a higher
percentage of females recorded becoming gossip topics and excluded from intent events It’s
a high number of bullying in this world that being stated. Is it bullied is meant to be
normalised? Everyone goes to school since we kid, bullying is like a normal thing that
happened in front of every student especially for junior student, but many people who are
facing bullied are courageous to strike back because of their lack of knowledge
Bullying offers no advantages but just leaves an impression on both sides, In reality,
a lot of cases of bullying are overlooked and the victim endures all the impact and fears of
being at school. Some people who behave like things never happen while knowing the
bullying impact. Rather of persuading the bully to become a better guy, it's easier to expelled
them for both benefits.
“why need to be expelled instead we can cure them”. It may seem to be harsh but getting
expelled may save the bullying cases.
Feeling safe and healthy is a good for student to be a competitive person as a
student, bullying destroyed everything. Bullying has negative health consequences for both
bullies and victims,
The key findings indicate that teenagers who are bullied skip more school and display signs
of low academic performance
Bully also have a negative impact on the perpetrators. experience higher isolation and
poorer health, and higher rates of anxiety and depression than their non-victimized peers
. Bullying students indicate that bullying has a negative impact on how they feel
about themselves, relationships with friends and family, school work and physical health.
Based on Gini & Pozzoli 2013. students who experience bullying are twice as likely as non-
bullied peers to experience negative health effects such as headaches and stomach-ache.

Bully are very harmful to persistent bullies. 66% of the people who had admitted to bullying
somebody else were male. Take a minute to think about how guys are raised in our culture
and compare that to the ways in which girls are raised and boys are likely to show the
aggressive behaviours. In order to mask how they actually feel about themselves, some
people who bully focus attention on someone else. This is happened because of the bullies
are low self-esteem and their act of bullying will be consistent. By deflecting, they try to avoid
any negative attention being directed at them. But know that they may be looking at home in
the mirror and hate the way they look.
Yet, everyone should know their self in order to living in society.
Students need not be the targets of bullying to experience negative outcomes. Firstly,
students need to have bystander confidence in their social self-efficacy. It is positively
related to defending actions and negatively correlated with bystanders' passive conduct.
Students who have encountered bullying say that allying and encouraging acts by their
peers. Also, spending time with the victim, talking to him/her , helping him get away or
providing advice were the most helpful acts by the spectators
Confidence is a bully's biggest enemy. If you want to prevent bullies from thinking that you're
an easy target then you need to be confidence. We should Stand tall, make eye contact with
people, look happy to be where you are, and avoid hunching over or looking at the ground.
Look engaged and happy when you talk to other people, and walk to class with a purpose,
not like you're dragging your feet. While dressing to the nines may not help you feel
confident, taking time with your appearance and showing that you care about how you look
will make bullies less likely to bother you. Maintaining good hygiene will make you feel better
about yourself, which will in turn raise your confidence.
Bully can be prevent but doesn’t mean it can be normalised to happened. Let us talk about
the effect of expelling these bullies from school.
Expelling students is too harsh a penalty for bullying, and it also fails to acknowledge
the cause of the problem. Bullying happens from students that struggle to understand each
other, who do not interact properly, who do not speak up to defend anyone, and who do not
value the school community. Expelling doesn’t give these students a chance to learn how to
get along with and respect their peers. Next is, Students who are expelled from school are
more likely to commit crimes, abuse drugs and alcohol, and descend into low academic
achievement and criminality. Kicking bullies out of school probably does make schools safer
for the average student and a few studies have shown that schools with high appellation
rates have higher academic grades and fewer disciplinary incidents. These students are
more prone to get in trouble in school, and this sets them up for long-term failure. We should
be educating students, not threatening or expelling them. To do that, prevention is key.
Unfortunately, many common approaches to bullying, like school assemblies, tend to miss
the mark.
As a conclusion, what I can say is Instead of automatically expelling bullies, a series
of punishments should be imposed with increasing severity, starting with contacting the bully
's home it may help a bit before they’re getting expelled. Also, Person who bully might need
a consultation from counsellor. Until the bully does show effect, people around the victim
need to make an action to make sure the victim feel safe. Lastly, Communication is a key, do
not be ashamed to talk, every person deserves a second chance in life.
