Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter in order to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at the

CD Hotel on 30th February this year. On that day, I had travelled a lot and was
therefore exhausted in the evening. After having dinner, I fellt immediately into
bed, and hopinged that the last night I stayed in at the hotel would be
comfortable and I could have a good sleep, because I wanted to take the train
back to Germany in the early morning of the next day. Unfortunately, I was
woken up during the night at about 2am by some drunk people trying to climb a
wall into the hotel courtyard. Being Ttired and concerned about the safety of the
hotel, I went down to reception to inform a member of the hotel staff about the
current situation.

As I got to the reception, there was many other guests trying to find a staff
member, like me.
However, no any staff of the hotel could be seen. I was so astonished at first and
got angry then. In my opinion, there it should be at least one member ofa staff
present, who is always on duty even during the night, to solve unexpected or
urgent problems.

Given the circumstances, compensation is not my principal concern. Rather, I

would like to ask you to investigate the matter and am more concerned more
about the safety of the hotel. I hope that such this problems does not arise
anymore in the future.
