(Messaging)

Major Violations (Total payout deduction for the current cut off + Automatic deactivation)

1. Breach of Confidentiality Agreement

2. Spamming
3. Malicious content intended to malign the operations
4. Any suggestive content / any acts prohibited by law
5. Duplication of messages/ use of templates
6. Solicitation from the punter or any suggestive context, whether direct or indirect, that is viewed as
an attempt to solicit from the punter
7. Gross grammar error (errors which negatively affected the conversation)
8. Hate speech like cursing, racism remarks and the likes
9. Gross irrelevant replies (replies which affected the conversation in a negative way and resulted to
a negative experience by the subscriber)
10. Use of other language aside from the required one (tagalog, Ilocano, bisaya etc.), except if it
became a part of established conversation.

Minor Violation (Reminder/Coaching)

1. Basic grammar and typing errors (errors did not affect the conversation)
2. Lame/Shallow replies
3. Violation of service specific rules (Failure to verify the age/updating of comment boxes, etc.)
