Dear Sir/Ma'am

Greetings!
We, the students under CELA Department, are sending this letter to your good office to inform you that we have
received an information regarding with your plan of requiring the student to provide two(2) gadgets to be used on our
Common Final Examination that would be Scheduled for the 2nd semester of this current school year 2021. We are glad
to know that you are working too hard for us to have a better and/or quality education. We really appreciate that you
are bringing the best effort that you can. And we believe that this plan would help you ensure that we are achieving the
quality education that you are expecting from us.

In this current situation, as we, the students who still encounters difficulties in many aspects, we are writing this
letter as we are raising our concerns, in line with this plan, that most of the students may not ensure to follow this
decision for some reasons. We have conducted a survey from our fellow students where it contains the following
questions;

• Are you able to provide two(2) gadgets on or before the Common Final Examination?
• How do you access the internet?
• Do you have a strong internet connection?
• Will you ensure that you could focus on your exam with this set up?
• What would be your suggestion/recommendation as alternatives for this plan of using two gadgets
while taking the CFE?

Through this students' survey, most of the students, based on their answers that we have gathered, are not able
to provide two(2) gadgets on or before the Common Final Examination. Some of them do not have their phone which
smoothly functioning, relatives and friends can not provide them or let them borrow their personal cellular phone, aside
from this, there are instances that they may be interrupted once there will be an incoming call or messages that would
be send out to their friend's/relative's phone which they can not ignore. Another concern is about internet connection,
most of us doesn't have strong internet connection, and it is possible that the connection may be lost if we connect at
least two gadgets in one internet provider since majority are just using data connection. And lastly, focus on the
examination may be interrupted due to this set up which it may affect on their exam result.

In line with this concern, we are requesting to please change the plan from this set up to what is more
convenient for most of us . Maybe we suggest to have an onsite examination, or any other alternatives which can be
possibly followed by most of the students.
