7 REASONS WHY TO PROGRESS

Maraming mawawala kapag hindi tayo nagpatuloy lumago


If we want to progress we have to pay the price
Disregard long term goals because of uncertainty
Unpromises some promises
Short Term goal- easy to adjust

>1. It Stretches Us
-Progress always takes us in areas we've never been before.
-It is your desire that disturb your comfort zone.
-Resilient (bounce back- easy to recover)
-There is adventure if you progress.
-In every level there is a devil (HAHAHAH)
-Move out of your comfort zone

>2. It invites changes


-Always. You can't have progress without it.
-Nobody is poor or rich in time (Moonroe)
-Whether we like it tor not changes are always there.
-Our God is God of new things.
-Progress invites change.
-In Old Testament... the things there are shadow and Jesus is the manifestation.
-Adopt change
-Mahirap mag dunong dunungan! HAHA
-If you start changing you will start progressing..
-Christianity is about changing one's mind.
-When we desire progress it invites changes.
-Ang church ay pumupunta kung nasan ang tao.
-Look at the way of Jesus, his language is the language of the people to undesrtand Him better

>3. You have to improve


-"You have to get better to get bigger."
-It's true. Progress, requires more energy and effort as it progress.
-If we want to improve we need to spend time.
-We cannot master if we do not often do things..

3 THINGS TO IMPROVE

1. Communication Skills
communicate Clearly
communicate Frequently
communicate Sympathetically

2. Problem Solving Skills


do not too much spiritualize
you don't listen to respond but to understand
kahit born again or leader sumasablay ba yan

3. Relation Skills
Magnetic personality (Children loves Jesus)
dapat kawili wili tayong kausap
kapag wala kang dating wala kang mararating
dapat ang mga Christian hindi bugnutin
Eye to eye contact to make them feel that you are interested in them
in this time of pandemic we should be nicer or nicest
unawain ang mga cell memeber in this pandemic

>4. It's often messy


-Progress often goes where there isnnot a defined syste or procedures. In finding new territory, progress gets meesy at
times.
-Take problems as an oppurtunity
-Sometimes progress is messy
-There's no smooth progress it always invade challenges.
-You always deal with problem

>5. It often defies Logic or Boundaries


-Traditional lines of thought won't always with progress. You'll have to think beyond what's predetermined, established,
and even normal at times.
-You set your own boundaries
-You can reset your mindset
-You can double your capacity
-Trick your mind by focusing your mind to the things that will push you.
-If you want to progress you must willing to defile some of our boundaries
-We do old things in a new way.
-Anything that is not flesxible will break

>6. It invites competition


-No one pays attention to a stagant oraganization. Show people a little progess and someone will want to join the fun!
-Its never too late na kung may gusto ka na maovercome it will invites if you progress
-Dapat may pagbabagong nagaganap sa atin

>7. It begs for more


-Progress begets progress. People want to keep experiencing the thrill of victory.
-Progress is always after of goal setting.

The first thing Jesus did is to find John and be baptized.
JESUS CAME TO JOHN
>Who is John?
- His birth was miraculous- Luke 1:7
- Angel Gabriel visitation
- Prophesied that he will bring back many of the people of Israel to the Lord
- He was related to Jesus - Luke 1:36

>Who is Jesus?
- Angel Gabriel Visitation
- Savior
- Miracle worker
- God minifest in the flesh

Jesus align his ministry to the work, to the will of God (to be under authority)
Jesus did he submit to the authority

FIRST ACT OF JESUS IS TO BE UNDER AUTHORITY

>God is the sources of all authority!


- He entrusts roles of leaders to individuals in the family, the church, the workplace and the government
- Jesus seeks first the alignment in the authority
[Are we still aligned to the VISION?
- There are many Chritaians who live in the past victory

- In the Bible if you are in authority, you have the power.
As soon as Jesus got Under Authority ... (John)
- Two humble anointed Leaders (John and Jesus)
- Soemtimes in the ministry it doesnt matter if you are the first or not!
- You will need realationship that will open doors
- You will need in life powerful anointed relationship
- Only confident leader empowered leader
- And they heard John nut they follow Jesus (John intruduce JESUS). He recognized Jesus!
- Mary is famous but she knows that she's only a background because Jesus is the cell leader.
- Kahit gaano ka ka annointed you need leaders:
1. Ministry of Paul
2. Ministry of Nathan
3. Ministry of Barnabas
4. Ministry of Timothy
- Jesus choose to under authority
- Jesus knows that the ministry should have a good foundation by underlying authority
- Jesus knows that there is blessing if He is under authority
- Wag na wag kang magrerebelde sayong Pastor
- Dapat mauna muna ang calling bago schooling
- Kahit magaling ka magturo kung wala kang calling hindi padin yun...
- Ang mga demonyo gigil sa mga hindi nagpapasubject sa authority
- Seek the blessing of the man of God
- "Hindi lang ako ginagamit ng Lord!"
- Hindi natin magagawa ang vision if we are not align in the vision of our Pastor. It is one way of honoring your Pastor.
- Jesus's ministry was authorized!
- Relious People and Ignorance (2 Enemies of Jesus)
- Ang demonyo madaling rebukin
- Ignorance- Book of Hosea
- The prayer of the righteous man prevaileth much
- Dumikit ka sa mga taong close kay Jesus
- We have to kearn to subject in the authpority

What happen when Jesus submit under authority


>1. The Heavens open
- If you want heaven open for you get the under authority
- Look the ministry of Joseph (he became faithful in submission)
- Joseph's submissiveness lead him to His dreams and ministry
- Nagpasubmit na ba tayo sa ministry ng man of God sa ating buhay?
>2. The Holy Spirit Came upon him
- If I get under authority then I get the permission to use the power and anointing
- wala tayong mararating if we do not submit
- those people who are not willing to submit will not grow
- Where anointing came from? (olive oil is the product of pressing)
- one of the blessing of submission you will become anointed
- kahit ikaw ay positional leader but if you are not under submission there is no authority
- submission to your pastor gain confidence
- It glorifies God when we submit
- the authority of whom we serve will validate our ministry
- wives submit to your huband
- mga anak if you want to be blessed honor your parents

>3. A voice of Endoresment spoke


- when you submit to authority or when you get under authority, the people who never knew you. God will tell them
who you are.
- Who prmoted Joseph? His leader because he was faithful in little things.
- our Pastors are chosen by God
- Alway seek the blessings from the man of God

>4. The Authority prepares your for your enemies


- The battles of lfe and spiritual warfare can be won because you are authorized.
- 10 Lepers did not healed immediately but when Jesus givesthem command and they follow , along the way they are
healed.
- Jesus led by the spirit when He is under authority
- If you are not under authority you will not win against the enemy
- be like Jesus <3
- If we submmit we prepare the ministry and it becomes authoritized

FIRST ACT OF JESUS IS TO BE UNDER AUTHORITY


> Hindi ka mamamali if you submit to your Pastor
- Paano ko gagalawin ang pinahiram ng Diyos?
- The safest place is being under authority!
