This pertains to the check under the name of ETC VIRTUAL SHOP representing payment of
Network Installation for Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) Isabela Branch. The said
service provider previously stated that it could provide the specifications in the quotations
particularly the use of stainless steel molding in network installation. However, Ramon F. Entera II
(owner of ETC Virtual Shop), in a letter dated June 14, 2021 addressed to SHFC, apologized for the
delay of network installation/cabling due to conflict of materials and design such as molding,
stainless/aluminum tubular and the location of cabling. His proposal is to reduce the expenses using
plastic molding but the Information and Communication Technology Department (ICTD) denied it
because the plastic molding is not durable.

Ramon F. Entera II has already been informed that SHFC will no longer proceed with the network
installation.

SHFC started looking for other entities that can provide or meet the specifications set by the ICTD.

In view thereof, we request for the cancellation of the abovementioned check.
