1. This above work is to be used as part of the public relations work of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and
Energy.

2. The undersigned grants the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy transferable user rights for every type of
use of the above work. These rights shall not be subject to any time limit or geographical restriction. The undersigned
agrees that the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy and any third party contracted by the Federal Ministry of
Economic Affairs and Energy may edit and render changes to the work, and may also publish and use these edited and
changed works.

3. The undersigned hereby provides an assurance that he or she may freely dispose of the rights to use the work and
that no rights of third parties oppose the free use of the work by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy, in
particular no copyright, trade-mark, personal or other protective rights.

The undersigned further gives an assurance that, should a third party possess a copyright for the work, this third party
has fully renounced its right to be cited as author pursuant to Section 13 (2) of the Copyright Act.

4. As a precaution, the undersigned exempts the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy at the first request
from all claims by third parties which the latter derive from any rights of their own to the work. This includes the costs of
an appropriate legal defence by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy against third parties. Apart from
this, liability is based on statutory provisions.

5. The undersigned shall not be entitled to any additional remuneration entitlements (fees, licence fees, reimbursement
for expenses or the like) from the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy resulting from the use of the work.
