Most people don't worry about being mentally healthy and overwork and

don't take care of themselves

our lives is?

The most stressful stage of our life is routine at work and at school.

Think of three stressful jobs. Are there any advantages to these jobs?

Administrative work, telephone sales, accountants. They are jobs where

there is no greater physical effort and most are in front of a computer

Think of three low-stress jobs. What kind of job would

you prefer? Why?

Those in charge of a gymnasium, those of warehouses, the bricklayers. They

are not very idle jobs and have a lot of physical movement that helps reduce

stress. I would prefer a gym job.
