Educational Solutions to Inequality and Marginalization in Society

Category of Described Group:

Reply:

The following group consists of various personalities of different segments of the society

but reside in the very same locality at different positions & strata’s even though the point

is to bring the causes of marginalization, provide and suggest the possible viable solution.

But the adverse scenario was observed, while trying out the basic intent to help a

particular segment, only the outcasts of the society came forward and understood the

scenario, and not the general educated population, which was quite disheartening to

observe.

Reply:

Four people belonging to different segments/ categories/ gender were taken into

consideration in the following observation, with their tentative age and allotted tittles to

maintain privacy. The following individuals were as follows:

i) A Middle Class Housewife (Gossip Queen / 35+)

ii) A Shop Keeper (The Security Cam/ 60 +)

iii) An Individual Working in MNC (Self Zoned/ 25+)

iv) A Social Worker (Transgender/ Outcast 35+)

Each of the following individuals portrays a different sense of identity, which can be well

understood by the following titles allotted to them in the above points. Even though the

following individuals reside in the very same locality, yet each and every individual have

a different life and identity. But still there are mental stigmas created by the society
which stand as huge roadblocks, which can’t be let off by the heads of the following

individuals.

Henceforth, the individuals, no matter how different they shall be are still sucked in the

very same society/locality which shall make them take 3 steps back, and one step

forward, which shall lead them backwards than proceed any further.

According to the landmark judgement of 2018, Navtej Singh Johar vs Union of India which
particularly stated the consent of having a mutual understanding of same feathers and similar
mindsets to have a relationship status that might be determined as per their convenience, out-
bounding the concept of natural law.

The following case law determined the objectification and understanding of the mutual
relationship of two or more particular individuals who shall have consented to eachother without
being pointed out in the society, as that shall be punishable by law.

Section 377 (Indian Penal Code) was partially decriminalized stating the consent of individuals
with similar mindsets, and understanding to carry out their relationship status and tags, as per
their own pleasure without the hesitation of being penalized or out casted from the society at
large.

The following understanding was developed over the period of nine years, and is still evolving
with the particular understanding of ensuring their rights and understanding of law. Making sure
that their right to equality, right to choose life partner, right live with dignity & right to privacy
were stated under a combined judgement of 2018, which ensured that each and every individual
shall be treated equally without any particular sense of hesitation and classification of their
choices of partners shall not be portrayed any sense of moral or legal wrong done to the society.

As stated by Retd. Justice K.S.Puttaswamy, it is the right of an individual to determine whether

they wish to portray their relationship(s), mindset(s), religion, caste, sex, and other personal
prospects of the person shall be the right of the particular individual to portray the following
information to the public or not as per their own accord.
