At the international fair that will take place in USA Roses Akame will locate its stand next
to the bazaar since due to its central location people will have to cross through this place
and it is also perfect to set our stand due to the area of Garden.

 1. Display area: This area is the most important since it will be entirely used to
display the product.
2.Counter: Area for the first contact with visitors. Where they can get
information, take brochures, catalogs etc.
3.Meeting area: meeting area where potential clients can be served.
4.Digital area: This area is specially designed for visitors to interact with our
product digitally through digital means such as a projector which shows videos
about crops etc.
5.Entrance and exit: Space where visitors can enter and exit the Stand.

TYPE OF EXHIBITION

The exhibition of the products is key to increase sales, the Gondolas allow the consumer to
come into contact with the products, with what they are looking to purchase, the client
needs to see size, texture and dimensions.
In the gondolas we can display the product in different ways, for the Roses Akame
exhibition plan, the types of horizontal and mixed exhibitions will be implemented at upper
and middle levels, and there will also be a single level since the roses will be displayed in
large vases and for their presentation, their implementation will be horizontal since the
family of products of a single line will be presented.

 TEMPORARY LEASE AGREEMENT OF THE BOOTH FOR THE
INTERNATIONAL FAIR EXPO FLOWERS USA 2021

On the one hand, they celebrate the "ORGANIZING COMMITTEE OF THE USA 2021
INTERNATIONAL FAIR EXPO FLOWER ", represented in this act by Miss "DR.
MARIA PEREZ" who hereinafter will be called THE LESSEE, defining at the same time
as THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE and by the other part is the cut flower floriculture
exporting company "ROSESAKAME" represented by the act by Miss "NATALIA
BENITEZ" Who hereinafter will be called THE LESSOR and / or THE EXHIBITOR
and who agree to abide by the following clauses:

FIRST CLAUSE - The ORGANIZING COMMITTEE declares to be a 100% American

company and legally constituted within the legal person regime. That his representative has
the necessary powers to bind his client since his powers have not been revoked, modified or
limited in any way. That it has entered into a sub-lease agreement with the company called,
FLORAL SHOWS hereinafter "FS " to carry out the event called "INTERNATIONAL
FAIR EXPO FLOWERS USA 2021", which will be verified on days 16, 17 and August
18, 2021, located in New York with all the authorizations, permits and licenses that
according to the applicable laws are necessary for the operation and start-up of the
aforementioned event.

SECOND CLAUSE - THE EXHIBITOR declares to be a company and / or business

legally constituted in accordance with the laws of our country and that it will conduct itself
appropriately and in accordance with the rules dictated in the event regulations, the
exhibitor's manual, and the codes of conduct. and rules governing the "FS" And "THE
ORGANIZING COMMITTEE" and the provisions of this contract.

THIRD CLAUSE.- THE EXHIBITOR expresses his desire to acquire as rent the stand
(s) marked with the number (s) _______________ with a total area of ____________m2
for their participation in the ¨FERIA INTERNATIONAL EXPO FLOWERS USA 2021
¨ to be held from August 16 to 18, 2021, in the “FS” building with a total cost of $
________________ (amount with letters), which the EXHIBITOR agrees to pay as
follows:

Payment 3.- $ _______________________ on ___________________________

“THE ORGANIZER” reserves the right to relocate exhibitors who fail to pay promptly
according to the stipulated payment schedule. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the
payments are not covered in the agreed manner and terms, it will be a special cause of
termination of this contract without liability for "THE ORGANIZER". All payments will
be made at the address of "THE ORGANIZER" in New York City, and must be made by
check or electronic transfer of funds to the Bank account of "THE ORGANIZER".
If for any reason or circumstance the fair cannot be held, “THE ORGANIZER” must
reimburse the payment made by “THE EXHIBITOR”.

In the event of non-compliance with payments, or with the guidelines or ordinances

stipulated in this contract, “THE EXHIBITOR” will lose in its entirety the amount of the
payment (s) made due to non-compliance and declares and accepts that there is no fraud on
the part of the “ORGANIZING COMMITTEE”.

FOURTH CLAUSE.- Event hours:

ASSEMBLY: It will start on August 15, 2021 from 8:30 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. of August
16, 2021.

EVENT:

 First day of the event Inauguration on August 16 at 8:00 a.m. closing of the day at
9:00 p.m.

 Second day of event will open at 8:00 a.m. and it will close at 9:00 p.m.

 Third day of event opening at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m.

DISASSEMBLY: It will start on August 19, 2021 from 9:30 p.m. having to vacate the
entire premises at 12:00 p.m. on August 20, 2020, since at that time the assembly of another
event will begin.

Under no circumstances may the exhibitor start the dismantling before the date and time
indicated in this Contract.
In case of passing the time limit for disassembly, “THE EXHIBITOR” is aware and
agrees that it will have to assume the costs of storage, maneuvers and fines required by the
“ORGANIZING COMMITTE” and by the “ FS” and releases “THE ORGANIZER”
from any damage that suffer your equipment or merchandise.

FIFTH CLAUSE.- “THE ORGANIZER” undertakes to deliver the stand (s) with the
following characteristics: Each stand has measures of ______, built.

SIXTH CLAUSE.- The contracted service includes, in addition to the rental of the stand
(s), general cleaning services in common areas, visitor entry control, insertion of
information about "THE EXHIBITOR" in the exhibitors directory and preparation of
brochures and invitations for direct advertising and their sending as long as the hiring is
carried out within the dates established by "THE ORGANIZER", advertising of the event
in specialized media, permanent surveillance 24 hours a day in common areas, not
specifically in "STANDS".

SEVENTH CLAUSE.- "THE EXHIBITOR" must have all the required licenses, permits
and authorizations, and undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and regulations,
including those relating to intellectual property, copyright, administrative, labor and social
security. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of "THE EXHIBITOR" to have all the
permits and customs, tax, registration and legal procedures corresponding to its brand,
samples and merchandise, releasing "THE ORGANIZER" from any responsibility in this
regard.

CLAUSE EIGHT.- "THE EXHIBITOR" is solely responsible for the security of their
goods and belongings, so they must take out their independent fire insurance for civil
liability for damage to third parties.

CLAUSE NINE - In the conclusion of this contract, the parties acknowledge that there is
no error, fraud, violence, bad faith and / or any other circumstance that could void consent.
Read by each of the parties, ratifies it in its entirety and expresses its plain and simple
conformity with the content and scope of the same, they sign it in duplicate, remaining
somewhat in the power of each of the parties, in the City of New York on ________
