CHAPTER - 3

NETWORK OPERATIONAL STATUS

3.1. AUSTRALIA

Bollore Logistics Australia operates as normal. Office staff are working with 50% at home whilst
the other 50% are working on a rotational basis. Our Logistics sites operate with full resources
but again we have arranged a split shift scenario to mitigate social distancing.

To minimize the negative impact on clients’ supply chains, we have activated our Business
Continuity Plan for Pandemic Response. This includes a remote working business model,
including multiple shift capability.

All employees on site follow a strict safety regime under our BCP for Pandemic Response.

3.2. CHINA

All mainland China offices are operating as usual.

Starting 6th April, Hong Kong office re-implements home office for non-operational employees
and A/B shifts for operation employees, due to the increasing COVID-19 positive cases in the
past couple of weeks. No impact to be expected on operation.

3.3. INDONESIA

All our Indonesia offices are operating as usual.

All our offices in JKT are working on shift between team A & B.

3.4. JAPAN

Due to the rise of COVID cases in Japan, Bollore Logistics Japan had decided to activate Work
from Home (WFH).

However, we had to trigger WFH earlier as we faced since 31st March 2020 5 confirmed
COVID cases among our staff.

From 1st April 2020, onwards we would be fully operational with all TYO staff WFH, OSA &
HND will follow this week. Business is operated as normal and all staff have accesses to mail
and phones.

3.5. MALAYSIA

• RMO required Bollore Logistics Malaysia to keep minimum workforce on site. If possible, try
to work all from home. Below is our BCP, in order to keep minimum staff in the office.

Refer to below workforce arrangement in Bollore Logistics Malaysia:

• Staff can still be reached under their regular phone numbers and emails.

• Malaysia HQ Office is standing to work on 50% (Group A & B)

• As of today (24th April), Customs office for MYS still operating as usual, however, they also
have a limitation on number of staff working at a certain time – reduced capacity.

• All branches have customized their working group to avoid crowd in the office and has been
communicated with the HR and MO.

3.6. MYANMAR

Business still continue to operate as usual despite less capacity for Air Exports and Sea Exports,
Customs are still operating.

Wearing mask is compulsory at port, airport and customs office.

Team is ready to work on shift and work from home if needed.

3.7.NEW ZEALAND

Bollore Logistics New Zealand’s premises will remain open with limited numbers of personnel
on site during Level 4 restrictions.

To minimize the negative impact on clients’ supply chains, we have activated our Business
Continuity Plan for Pandemic Response. This includes a remote working business model,
including multiple shift capability.

All employees on site follow a strict safety regime under our BCP for Pandemic Response.

3.8. PHILIPPINES

Employees will work from home and will continue to monitor shipments and delivery

BPO staff on skeletal Work from Home and to reach out to entities for task support.

3.9.SINGAPORE

Following Government’s announcement on the extension of the circuit breaker (CB) till 1st June,
2020, Bollore Logistics Singapore Pte. Ltd., is permitted to continue all business activities as an
organization providing essential services.

The work from home scheme is upgraded to full steam for employees who are able to
telecommute.
For employees who continue to work from offices and warehouses:

physical safe distance is further increased,

staggering work hours are arranged where feasible,

temperature screenings and masks are mandatory to enter the premises,

extra cleaning shifts have been arranged.

Your contacts remain the same.

3.10. SOUTH KOREA

The Korea CDC provided a set of detailed guidelines that communities and individuals should
follow the "everyday life quarantine”, a quarantine scheme allowing people to engage in a
certain level of economic and social activities while maintaining distance to slow the spread of
COVID-19.

After the long holiday weekend (April 30 - Buddha’s Birthday, May 1 – Labor Day, May 5 –
Children’s Day), the staff of Seoul office will work 3 days at office and 2 days at home starting
May 6.

If there is no sudden spike in coronavirus cases between May 6 -17, our office expects to return
to normal (flexible) working hours on May 18 (Mon).

3.11. THAILAND

Bollore Logistics Thailand operates as usual.

Alternate teams working arrangement (Team A & B working alternate date, site between Office
and Home) are ready to be deployed if needed on short notice.

Lines from employee’s company desk telephone will be diverted to their personal mobile phones
for employees who work from home.

Temperature screenings are strictly required for both visitors and employees before entering
office area. Travel restriction from/to affected countries, and between branches.

Essential key suppliers listed and alternative suppliers list prepared if needed on short notice.

3.12. VIETNAM

Bollore Logistics Vietnam will continue to operate as usual.

Split work arrangement in 2 Teams A and B will be planned and deployed within either this
week or early next week on the latest. No official announcement from the Authorities yet.

All contacts are available via phone numbers and email.

3.13. BAHRAIN

Our 50% staff is working from home and the rest of the operational staff attending office.
Warehouse and delivery operations are functioning as normal.

3.14. BANGLADESH

80% of our office-based staff are now working from home in order to reduce the risk of
contamination in the workplace. However, all are equipped with communications tools to
support any business need.

3.15. INDIA

Bollore Logistics is currently working from home during office hours. Necessary precautions
being taken to ensure that the staff working on need basis have all sanitation materials in place
along with Masks, hand sanitizers etc. We have received NOC from Police for some of our staff
to work from office.

3.16. JORDAN

Complete Fast Jordan team is working remotely from home and employees required to attend
port/airports are working reduced hours as required.

3.17. KUWAIT

Bollore Logistics’ agent employees almost 70 % are working from home and the rest of the
operational staff attending office for operational needs in shifts.

3.18. LEBANON
Fast Bollore Logistics has set up all employees with a way to connect to their e-mail and
their work computers in order to operate from home daily. The office will remain open for
staff rotation. With extra safety measures taken at the gate (temperature control for all entries
+ mask & gloves for any visitor with refusal of entry for any non-essential persons).
3.19. OMAN

Accordingly, 50% of our staff members will be working from home while others will be working
in office on shift basis.

3.20. PAKISTAN

Our WFH plan is as follow; Total staffs 33-staffs, KHI-16 staffs (12-WFM), LHE-15 staffs (11-
WFM) 75%. Few staff members will reach office on need basis for some important tasks but will
leave office as early as 02:00 pm.

3.21. QATAR

70% of our office-based staff are now working from home in order to reduce the risk of
contamination in the workplace. Non-essential personnel and visitors are not permitted entrance
to the main office. Temperature monitoring is carried out twice daily for all staff still working in
the office.

3.22. SAUDI ARABIA

Bollore Logistics is working remotely since Thursday, 19 March 2020 for 14 days for all our
offices (JED/RUH/DMM/JUB).

To provide continued services to our esteemed customers – some of our teams will be working
from office based on business requirements whereas most of us shall be working remotely from
home.

Ensuring that there will be no disruption in our services especially for import customs clearance
& local delivery, we look forward to your continued support.

3.23. SRI LANKA
Bollore Logistics Sri Lanka staffs are working from home and Managers are on standby for
on call, if there is an urgent matter to attend.
3.24. UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (UAE)

With partial opening announced by the authorities, Bollore UAE has implemented the 30% work
from office starting 3rd May and a few staff are back in office with still 70 % working from
home. Bollore UAE has implemented and increased the number of staff working from office,
starting 3rd May. Appropriate precautionary measure like keeping safe distance etc. will be
strictly followed. This is in line with the decision of the local authorities. For all critical
unavoidable operational teams, we continue to cover for all contingency as before.
Ground staff and warehouse operations are split at different locations and all necessary COVID
precautionary sanitizing measures have been implemented in the offices and warehouse with
operations continuing normally.

CONCLUSION:
Bollore logistics is moving towards a new economic model that calls for greater
corporate responsibility, both in terms of ethical business conduct, and in the way in which
companies rise to the environmental, social and societal challenges associated with their activity.
we believe that sustainable consumption is not solely the responsibility of manufacturers. from
transporting raw materials to delivering finished products to the final consumer, bollore logistics
also plays a part, by integrating in its day-to-day operations the csr issues of each link in a
responsible supply chain.
