    THE BETA WIND FARM PRIVATE LIMITED PASSED ON 03RD APRIL 2020

    Appointment of Mr. T. Parthasarathi, as Chief Financial Officer

    RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read
    with Rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rule
    2014 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 (“Act”) as amended
    or re-enacted from time to time, the Board of Directors as per recommendations of Nomination
    and Remuneration Committee hereby appoints Mr. T Parthasarathias Chief Financial Officer of
    the Company with effect from 1st April 2020 upon such terms and conditions including the
    terms of remuneration as recommended by Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

    RESOLVED FURTHERTHAT Mr. R Kannan Whole Time Director andMs. M Kirithika,


    Company Secretary be and are hereby severally authorized to file necessary e-forms with the
