enthusiastic students whom I met during the recent past. I was a project supervisor for one of his study
oriented projects titled “Nanofluids and hybrid nanofluids for solar energy applications: A review”. I had
an opportunity to closely observe his style of working and commitment during the semester in which he
had taken up this task. I would say that it was a pleasure working with Mr. Manoj. The clarity with which
he had worked for this project and the way he interacted with me during and after the project, convinced
me that Mr. Manoj has a bright future. Indeed, impressed with the quality of work which he had
accomplished, we are submitting his work as a state of the art review publication and I am sure that this
work of him will find a place in a standard peer reviewed journal soon.

He had put in consistently strong academic performance since his school days and learnt many advanced
software tools, programming languages to prepare himself to face the challenges expected during higher
education. His internships and many of his other projects were also found to be really interesting.
Mr. Manoj is certified in CAD / CAM as well as Six Sigma (Yellow belt) and also has been quite active
volunteering in many social service. Mr. Manoj, carries with him, a pleasant personality and he is both
amicable and amiable.
