Relation between Mathematics and Science (Especially Physics)

2. How many types of numbers are there ? [If we call Real Numbers as ‘Real’, so are there another
type of numbers which might be called ‘Unreal’ ? {Answer is Yes and those are called Imaginary
Numbers (Just a synonym of ‘Unreal’) } ]
3. Branches of Mathematics (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics and
Probability, Analysis, Calculus and so on and so forth)
4. Why do we study Algebra ?
 Algebra (from Arabic: ‫الجبر‬, romanized: al-jabr, lit. 'reunion of broken parts,
[1] [2]
bonesetting ') The Science of Restoring and Balancing
 Along with developing critical thinking, specifically logic, patterns, problem-solving,
deductive and inductive reasoning, understanding the core concepts of algebra can help
individuals better handle complex problems involving numbers, especially as they enter
the workplace where real life scenarios of unknown variables related to expenses and
profits require employees to use algebraic equations to determine the missing factors.
 The study of generalizations of Arithmetic Operations
5. An algebraic function is a function that involves only algebraic operations, like, addition,
subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as fractional or rational exponents. Think of an
algebraic function as a machine, where real numbers go in, mathematical operations occur, and
other numbers come out.
