Conclusion: In practical applications, the HVAC system consumes a large amount of

energy as the key aspect of the building energy savings system and its energy savings are for the
health and efficiency of the workforce and are related to energy security, the use of resources and
environmental pollution. Therefore, the importance of the HVAC energy-saving system must be
fully recognized and energy-saving measures should be taken with a view to continuously
enhancing the environmental and social benefits of the HVAC system. The conventional optimal
methods of HVAC system matching have common problems such as long matching times, low
matching accuracy and numerous matching times, and this study proposes the optimal matching
of the HVAC system based on requirements for saving energy. The cost of energy for all power
equipment remains a major consideration .Everywhere, energy-saving measures are being
implemented. Although this chiller has a direct effect on energy use, other factors have to be
taken into account. Although the water-cooled chiller is more energy-efficient, the air-cooled
chiller is hotly debated due to the cost of installation, maintenance, the amount of equipment, and
a variety of other factors, air-cooled chillers prevent consumption of water, making them ideal
alternatives in areas where there is a shortage of water or in areas with low energy costs.
