Subject - Application for Leave of Absence.

Madam,
With due respect, I am a student from 42nd batch, and of the existing department,
for last more than four years. Due to my health issue of being attacked by Covid-
19 and it’s Delta Variant like symptoms, I was under treatment by the supervision
of my Doctor and I suffered a lot about more than 18days. For this reason, I could
not be able to attend your classes and could not be able to submit all of the
Assignments at the given mentioned date. But now, I am recovered by the
medication given by my Doctor and now I can attend all of my classes as well as I
can submit all of the Assignments if you permit.
Therefore, I request you to please understand about my situation of being illness
and Grant my leave of absence and allow me to submit all of the Assignments.
And, I can assure you that, I am now capable enough to participate all of my
academic activities and attend the classes, moreover I can submit all the
Assignments as per you had assigned.
