1.Drinking or taking your vitamins

Description: Drinking or taking vitamins makes your immune system stronger and firm and when you are
drinking your vitamins or taking your vitamins so your body will be healthy.

2.Eating fruits and vegetables

Description: Eating fruits and vegetables have almost the same description in drinking or taking vitamins
but difference is in fruits and vegetables you can eat them every time not like vitamins having them a
time for you to take it.

3.Taking a bath

Description: We need to take a bath for us to have a clean hygiene and a healthy lifestyle and if you take
a bath your body will be clean in germs, bacteria and other small organisms.

4.Brushing your teeth

Description: We need to brush our teeth for us to have a clean and fresh teeth and sometimes small dirt
occur in our teeth so we need to brush our teeth properly.

5.Having regular sleep

Description: We need to have regular sleep for us to be energetic every time we wake up in the morning
until night time and remember you should need 7-8 hours of sleep and there are people who sleeps very
late so that’s why they are not energetic every morning.

6. We need to wash our hands for that we can have clean hands against virus, bacteria and other small
organisms.

7.Discharging every day

Description: We need to discharge everyday for us to have clean digestive system.

8.No smoking

Description: We need to avoid smoking for us to avoid lung cancer or tuberculosis and remember when
you smoke the smoke emits black smoke and the black smoke is the one responsible in damaging your
lungs so avoid smoking.

9.Clean surroundings

Description: We need clean surroundings for us to avoid sickness and when you don’t have clean
surroundings you can’t do things for your hygiene like taking a bath how can you take a bath if your
surrounding is very dirty and that’s why we need clean surroundings.

10.Having exercise

Description: We need to do exercise regularly for us to lessen our fats and to have a healthy body,
doctors tell there patients to exercise regularly for them to healthy and fit.
