As a speaker, how you present yourself to the crowd impacts your believability and

charisma for you to draw the attention and influence the mindset of your
listeners/audience. For example, you appear in front of your audience nervous and
anxious, leading you to stutter and make several mistakes. This makes the
audience/listeners uncomfortable. Therefore, you cannot expect them to retain
something from what you just have said. On the other hand, if you showcase traits such
as being confident and passionate your audience/listeners will be comfortable. With that
being said, this makes them trust what you say, be engaged and cooperate with your
views and suggestions.
