Smoking isn't itself a disease but it causes a number of diseases including heart stroke, chronic
lung cancer, infertility, etc. It is a hard to break habit because it contains nicotine which is an
addictive chemical and the body gets used to it very quickly. It becomes part of their lives and
they they end up as addictive to it. Becoming habitual to it is quite easy but get rid of it is a hard
task but as per the scientific studies the good news is that it is not impossible.

Be serious about it. Take 15 minutes walk when you feel like need of it, use warm water
instead of cold water, sleep on time, stay aways from smokers, breath in a good
