Dear Sir
This is reference to our application A-6706928 witch you intimated as closed because of
below reason.
Our raw material ISO Resin was failed in relative density property. So we are submitting the
fresh application for grant of licence for portable water supply as per IS 12709:1994.
We request you to register our application and inspect our premises as early as possible.
Along with this letter we have enclosed DD for Rs 9,120/- towards the inspection charges in the
favour of BIS, Chennai. The DD details are as follow

We bring to your notices since we are submitting fresh application. We have to do all the
test as per IS 12709:1994 it will incur more cost which is very huge for us to afford and its consume
lot of time. More over as per the clause 15 of 12709:1994 long-term hydrostatic designs basic (HDB)
test is in progress all other test results are available with you.
We humbly request you to consider our earlier sample reports against new application
except the ISO Resin which has failed in relative density property.
We request your valuable advice for us to enable the completion of the process successfully
