I’m President and CEO Kevin Walker and, on behalf of our entire
leadership team, I’d like to begin by saying how pleased we are to have you join us.

At Duquesne Light Company – or, fondly referred to as DLC by our employees – we pride ourselves in
putting our customers and communities at the center of everything we do. Whether it’s through the
work we do each day or volunteer projects, we strive to build strong and vibrant communities and
improve the quality of life for all who live and work in our region.

Our nearly 1,700 employees work together every day to help deliver safe and reliable power to our
nearly 600,000 customers in Allegheny and Beaver Counties, as we have for over a century.

At DLC, we value our leadership role in the greater Pittsburgh region and prioritize giving back. In 2020,
our employees logged nearly 1,500 volunteer hours alone.

We also strive to be larger than light. DLC values innovation, and we are committed to creating a
dynamic and sustainable future by unleashing the boundless potential of the grid. In the last ten years,
DLC has invested nearly three billion dollars in the infrastructure of our transmission and distribution
system to meet current and future electrical demands. We boldly explore new possibilities to drive
change in our workplace and community. And safety is at the forefront of all we do.
