Scenario

Suspect: Mr. Pedro Carballo y Tan, 24 years old, single, truck driver, a native of samar
and presently resident at Liwanag st. Dona Petra, Brgy. Tumana, Marikina City,

Victim : Juanito tresvalles y Reyes, 24 years old, single, native of bicol and resident of
Liwanag st. Dona petra, Brgy Tumana, Marikina City.

Complainant : Caren y Santos, 23 years old, live-in partner of Juanito Tresvalles y

Reyes.

TDPO: OOA 1300H December 29, 2017 at the aid date at Liwanag st. Dona petra,
Brgy Tumana, Marikina City.

Arresting officer: SPO3 Gedion Aldri Javier member of Philippine National Police and
presently assigned at Tumana Police Station, Marikina City

Fact of the case:

OOA 1200H at the said date on the victim;s house at Liwanag st. Dona Petra,
Brgy Tumana, Marikina City as alleged, according to herein reported/complainant; his
live in partner; (Juanito Tresvalles y Reyes, 24 years old) was killed due to the incident
transpired on the foresaid time and date; prior to the incidents, said kitchen knife used
by pedro Carballo y tan as a stabbing weapon.

The suspect stabbed the victim on his house at the given date on the victim’s
neck and torso that causes his immediate death prior to his wife that wit the scene; and
immediately called the police; and later on; the suspect was captured by the arresting
officer that arrived OOA1300H and therefore called the SOCO team to process the
crime scene arrived OOA1325H on the given date and address therein.
