RULES AND REGULATIONS INSIDE THE PROD AREA:

Target: All of the occupants inside the office.

1.) Due to COVID-19 pandemic, each occupant must wear face mask and face shield all the
time when entering and leaving the office. Those who were caught because of not
following this rule will be coached immediately.
2.) Each occupant must bring his / her own sanitizing kits such as alcohols and hand
sanitizers.
3.) Since each occupant uses different units every day, he/she must be held responsible for
that unit. Every after shift, he/she must clean the unit and arrange the headphones and
chairs being used. If one unit has been damage which was used by the occupant, he will
be held liable for that and will be coached immediately.
4.) CLAYGO must be observed within the office.
5.) Unnecessary noises must be minimized inside the prod area while operations are still
undergoing. Occupants can talk with their workmates but not loudly to avoid disturbing
the others.
6.) All kinds of offensive words will not be tolerated inside the office. Those who were
caught or will be reported by their workmates will be coached immediately.
7.) To those who use the pantry room, clean your stuffs after eating. In short, CLAYGO.
8.) All cellphones must be surrendered a minute before the shift starts.

All this rules and regulations were made to ensure the peace and order inside the office.
