1. Do you consider that leadership could be developed through recreational

activities?
Answer: Yes. Recreation activities can also be referred to as fun activities. In the
simplest explanation, recreation is the term given to time spent in a manner which
is intended to offer refreshment and overall be an enjoyable, fulfilling
experience. In a recreational context good leadership encourages and inspires both
staff and participants to extend their recreational experience whilst at the same
time ensuring safety practices that limit personal risk.
2. In what recreational activity do you regularly participate? What do you get
from participating in such? Give a situation.
Answer: I always participate in dancing. Whether it is a hip-hop or Zumba
dancing, I always find time to participate in dancing activities. Dancing has a lot of
benefits such as: improved condition of your heart and lungs, increased muscular
strength, endurance and motor fitness, increased aerobic fitness, stronger bones and
reduced risk of osteoporosis, and many more.
