The study emphasizes in the following scope:

 To identify the employees level of satisfaction at Brakes India Pvt Ltd.

 This study is helpful to the management in taking managerial decisions.
 To help the industry to know the various statutory and non-statutory welfare
measures adopted by the companies.
 This study has a scope of knowing about various activities carried out by HR
department for the satisfaction and welfare of the employees.

1.6 OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

 To study the effectiveness of labour welfare measures in Brakes India Pvt Ltd, Padi.

1.7 CHAPTERIZATION

CHAPTER I:

Deals with introduction which gives brief description of the study based on the topic, need
and scope of the study. It also deals with industry and company profile.

CHAPTER II:

Deals with review of literature. Literature review is a discussion of the literature in a given
study, argued and established about area of study. A literature review is written in essay format.

CHAPTER III:

Deals with Research methodology. It also deals with the research design, sampling design, nature
of data, statement of problem, objectives, limitations of the study, it also consists of the
